Digital Product Analyst

Location: Central London (4 days per week in-office)

Salary: Up to £50,000

The Company We're working with a well-established, high-growth retail group that continues to expand its brand portfolio across the UK and internationally. As part of a company-wide transformation, they've been heavily investing in digital and analytics over the past 18 months. Their goal is to embed product performance insights at the heart of decision-making across ecommerce and digital journeys.

The Role This is a newly created Digital Product Analyst position sitting within the Product Analytics team. You'll play a critical role in measuring and optimising digital journeys and product performance across multiple retail brands. The position offers strong exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to influence how customers experience and convert on-site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse on-site behaviour, digital funnels, and conversion journeys to uncover opportunities for optimisation.

  • Own digital performance reporting and dashboards for key ecommerce journeys.

  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Developers to recommend data-led improvements.

  • Conduct deep-dives into customer journey friction points, drop-off rates, and feature adoption.

  • Support experimentation and A/B testing strategy with relevant tracking and performance measurement.

  • Translate data into clear, actionable insights and present to cross-functional teams.

  • Work with implementation teams to ensure accurate tracking across web and app.

Skills & Experience Essential:

  • 1-2 years experience in a digital, product, or web analytics role.

  • Proficient in GA4 and/or Adobe Analytics.

  • Solid understanding of digital metrics (sessions, bounce rate, conversion rate, funnel drop-offs, etc).

  • Commercial SQL experience (BigQuery preferred).

  • Strong communicator with ability to explain insights to non-technical teams.

  • Curious, proactive mindset with a passion for digital customer journeys.

Desirable:

  • Retail or ecommerce experience.

  • Exposure to Google Tag Manager or Adobe Launch.

  • Familiarity with CRO, UX research, or product experimentation.

  • Experience working with Looker Studio or similar BI tools.
