This role leads the build-out of an international commercial analytics capability, acting as a senior business partner to commercial leadership by turning complex data into clear, actionable insight across sales, marketing, forecasting and market access. It requires a leader with deep commercial analytics and market research experience, confident operating in ambiguity, influencing executives, and shaping data foundations and measurement in complex healthcare markets.

The Role As Director of Commercial Analytics, you will act as the international business partner for commercial insight and measurement, while leading a small but growing team.

  • Own international commercial analytics across sales, marketing, forecasting, market access and planning
  • Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical frameworks and clear recommendations
  • Build and lead a team of analysts, developing capability, ways of working and analytics maturity
  • Stand up standardised commercial metrics across regions, balancing global consistency with local market nuance
  • Lead attribution and measurement work to assess the effectiveness of commercial and marketing activity
  • Deliver market and patient journey insights across complex healthcare systems
  • Partner closely with senior commercial, marketing, finance and market access leaders
  • Shape the analytics roadmap, from SQL based analysis towards scalable, dashboard led insight delivery
  • Work with global data and engineering partners to evolve platforms and data models

Your Skills and Experience

  • Strong commercial analytics leadership experience within healthcare, life sciences or a similarly complex regulated environment
  • Proven people leadership capability, with experience scaling and developing small, high impact teams
  • Confidence operating in ambiguity and refining business questions to get to the real problem
  • Expertise across commercial execution analytics, marketing analytics and forecasting
  • Experience with attribution, measurement and market research, including use of third-party data sources
  • Excellent communication and data storytelling skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Hands on understanding of SQL based analytics and modern BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Strong grasp of complex distribution, reimbursement and market access models
