About the roleEcommerce Analyst role within a growing direct-to-consumer business, focused on improving ecommerce performance through better reporting and insight. You'll take ownership of ecommerce data and help create a clearer view of trading performance across the business.
What you'll be doingOwning ecommerce reporting and building a single source of truth for performance data Analysing trading performance, traffic, conversion and customer journeys Supporting analysis of paid media performance across key channels Delivering actionable insights to support commercial decision-making Working closely with ecommerce, marketing and product teams
What we're looking forExperience in ecommerce or digital analytics Strong hands-on data skills (SQL and analytics tools) Commercial mindset with the ability to translate data into insight Comfortable working independently and proactively Strong communication skills
