A great opportunity to join a growing experimentation function within a large, digital-first organisation. This role offers the chance to shape testing strategy, influence roadmaps, and make a measurable impact across multiple brands and digital touchpoints. You will be joining at an exciting stage as they build out a dedicated team.

They are a well-established, multi-brand retail group with a significant presence in ecommerce and digital product. The organisation is investing heavily in experimentation, data and insights to drive performance and enhance customer experience across their online platforms. With a fast-paced environment and a strong appetite for testing, they offer the chance to embed experimentation culture across a complex digital ecosystem.
The Role
  • Support the build of a centralised experimentation function.
  • Translate commercial objectives into experimentation roadmaps.
  • Prioritise tests based on value, business context and feasibility.
  • Lead ideation, design and end-to-end execution of A/B tests.
  • Partner with technical teams to ensure robust implementation.
  • Analyse test results and communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Distinguish CRM experimentation from website CRO and support both areas.
  • Contribute to training and enablement across digital teams.
Your Skills and Experience
  • Strong commercial experience running experimentation programmes.
  • Hands-on experience setting up and analysing A/B tests.
  • Understanding of experimentation principles, digital metrics and measurement.
  • Experience with platforms such as GA4, Optimizely or similar tools.
  • Ability to create, manage and communicate experimentation roadmaps.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally within product, digital, CRM and tech teams.
  • Able to work independently and prioritise effectively.
  • Experience with user testing platforms is an advantage.
