The Role In this role, you will: * Promote and embed experimentation best practice across product, engineering and analytics teams. * Support the setup and execution of experiments using approved experimentation platforms. * Advise on client-side and server-side testing, including feature flag approaches. * Validate tracking, data quality and exposure logging alongside analytics teams. * Identify and resolve configuration or tracking issues before launch. * Run experiment readiness checks covering metrics, audiences and implementation quality. * Collaborate with engineering and data teams to improve experimentation tooling. * Contribute to documentation and enablement resources that uplift experimentation maturity.
Your Skills and Experience You will bring: * Strong commercial experience building experiments using HTML, JavaScript and CSS. * Hands-on experience with platforms such as Optimizely, AB Tasty, Monetate or Dynamic Yield. * A strong understanding of A/B testing concepts and feature flag workflows. * A focus on data quality, tracking and experimentation governance. * The ability to troubleshoot technical issues and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. * Experience in ecommerce or digital product environments is beneficial but not essential.
