Experimentation Specialist London (Central), up to £45,000
This is a hands-on experimentation role with real ownership, sitting at the heart of a growing Centre of Excellence. You will work across multiple digital platforms, shaping experimentation strategy while remaining close to delivery and impact.
The Company They are a large, established retail group with a strong digital footprint and a growing focus on data-led decision making. With multiple consumer brands under one umbrella, experimentation plays a critical role in improving customer experience and commercial performance. The business is investing heavily in experimentation capability, tooling and best practice. This role sits within a newly formed experimentation function that operates as an internal consultancy across the group.
The Role
- Support the build-out of a Centre of Excellence for experimentation across digital teams
- Translate business objectives and OKRs into clear experimentation roadmaps
- Prioritise, design and execute A/B tests across web and digital platforms
- Act as a hands-on experimentation specialist, not just test execution but strategic input
- Analyse results, communicate insights and influence decision making
- Partner closely with product, tech, analytics and CRM teams
- Own relationships with implementation and engineering teams to ensure tests are set up correctly
- Support the separation and alignment of website experimentation and CRM testing activity
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong experience running experimentation or CRO programmes in a digital environment
- Hands-on experience setting up and analysing A/B tests
- Solid understanding of experimentation principles, metrics and statistical concepts
- Experience with digital analytics and experimentation tools such as GA4, Optimizely or similar platforms
- Ability to build, communicate and manage an experimentation roadmap
- Confident working cross-functionally and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
