If you're a finance professional with a passion for data, reporting, and business performance analysis, this is an opportunity to join a high-impact finance function supporting strategic investment decisions across a global organisation. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, helping shape investment reporting, improve data-driven decision making, and drive greater reporting efficiency across the business.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The FP&A Analyst will:
  • Collect, validate, and consolidate operational and financial data from across the organisation
  • Produce monthly reporting on business performance, profitability, utilisation, and investment outcomes
  • Build and maintain reporting solutions in Excel, Power BI, and other reporting tools
  • Transform and clean data from multiple sources to create accurate management information
  • Create board-level reporting packs and presentations for senior stakeholders
  • Support investment performance analysis across both organic and strategic growth initiatives
  • Partner with stakeholders across finance, operations, and leadership teams to gather insights and commentary
  • Work with data warehouse outputs while managing ongoing data quality challenges
  • Act as a bridge between business users and data teams to improve reporting processes
  • Identify opportunities to standardise KPIs, automate processes, and enhance reporting efficiency
  • Deliver ad hoc analysis and commercial insights to support decision making
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
The ideal candidate will have th efollowing skills and experience:
  • Strong experience within FP&A, commercial finance, management reporting, or business performance analysis
  • Advanced Excel skills including XLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, SUMIFS, data manipulation, and reporting automation
  • Experience working with large and often imperfect datasets
  • Strong data cleansing, transformation, and reconciliation skills
  • Power BI experience, including Power Query and data modelling concepts
  • The ability to combine financial and operational data to generate meaningful business insights
  • Experience creating presentations and reporting packs for senior stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive approach to improving processes and identifying efficiencies
  • Experience within professional services, consulting, accountancy, or other KPI-driven commercial environments would be advantageous
