I'm working with an ambitious early-stage startup on the hunt for a Founding Engineer to join their core team. This is a rare chance to come in at the ground floor of a venture-backed company that's already secured early traction and industry partnerships.

They've recently launched their MVP, which is already in the hands of customers, and now they're looking for a talented builder who's excited to take ownership of the technical vision, architecture, and scaling of the platform.

• Impact: You'll be shaping the product and the company itself, not just the codebase.

• Ownership: Full control of the tech stack, from infrastructure through to architecture.

• Mission: Building tech that transforms how Investor Relations teams operate in alternative asset management.

• 4+ years' experience as a full-stack engineer in a fast-paced environment.

• Hands-on with Next.js, Typescript (React/Node), Tailwind, SQL (Prisma), and Azure.

• Bonus points for experience with: LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic), Retrieval Augmented Generation pipelines, Python, serverless architecture, or Microsoft Office Add-ins.

• Strong product mindset and passion for building. You may have tried a startup yourself or hacked together side projects just because you couldn't resist.

• Someone who thrives on execution, delivery, and efficiency (familiarity with AI-assisted coding like Copilot is a plus).

• Co-founder equity + salary package.
