Full Stack AI/ML Engineer

Company Overview

This is a VC-backed spinout from a £50m+ revenue parent business, born out of a highly successful virtual events service developed during the pandemic. The original model paired high-end live video production with a managed virtual platform, used by senior executives and FTSE-level sponsors for industry roundtables.

The goal now is to take that model-traditionally powered by a live production crew-and turn it into a lower-cost, scalable SaaS platform using real-time AI, 3D graphics (Unreal Engine), and automation. The MVP is nearly ready and the platform is now hiring key engineers to help take it to the next stage.

Must-Haves

 Full-stack engineering background (TypeScript preferred)

 Strong backend and systems experience

 Comfort with AWS, DynamoDB, PartiQL

 Experience building and owning microservices end-to-end

 Experience with API integrations, scheduling, data pipelines

 Fast, pragmatic, startup-minded engineer who can wear multiple hats

Nice-to-Haves

 Image segmentation (YOLO or similar)

 2D to 3D asset conversion

 Familiarity with real-time video/image workflows

 RAG pipelines and LLM integration

 Unreal Engine or similar 3D platforms
