Fullstack Engineers Contract
The OpportunityWe're recruiting for three Fullstack Engineers to join a high-impact contract project within a healthcare technology environment. You'll be working in small, collaborative engineering teams, building both internal and developer-facing tools that directly support operational and technical teams.
The work is varied from backend systems and processes to intuitive frontends and dashboards and will suit engineers who thrive in agile, problem-solving environments.
Key Responsibilities:

Fullstack development across backend and frontend applications

Backend: Python/Django (primary), some Ruby on Rails

Frontend: React & TypeScript
-
Building UI components, admin functions, backend services, and internal tools

Working on distributed systems with multiple communicating services

Applying strong analytical thinking to architectural and technical challenges

Collaborating with product and engineering teams to deliver practical solutions
Essential Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in Python/Django

Solid frontend skills with React & TypeScript

Exposure to Ruby on Rails (nice to have)

Experience with distributed systems and observability tools

Ability to design solutions across multiple services

Strong analytical problem-solving skills and clear communication
Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience in highly collaborative, agile teams

Interview Process:

Architecture Challenge - Design a system to support new functionality (approx. 90 minutes prep).
