The Role You will support the design and delivery of data solutions while developing core analysis and stakeholder skills.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into clear data requirements
  • Support requirements gathering through workshops, interviews, and documentation
  • Assist with assessing changes to data assets and ensuring consistency across outputs
  • Collaborate with data engineers to ensure requirements are correctly implemented
  • Contribute to projects from discovery through to delivery, maintaining clear communication
  • Support business case development and define scope for data requests
  • Perform data validation and testing to ensure outputs meet business expectations
  • Help maintain automated reporting and monitor data flows for accuracy
  • Provide first line support for data queries and issue investigation
  • Build an understanding of data structures, systems, and business processes
Your Skills and Experience
  • Strong interest in data, analytics, and technology
  • Foundational SQL skills for querying and validating data
  • Understanding of how data is structured and flows through systems
  • Awareness of data visualisation tools such as Power BI
  • Analytical and logical problem solving capability
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Excel including pivots, formulas, and reporting
  • Comfortable using PowerPoint and Word for documentation
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and techniques
