This is a high-impact opportunity to shape a central Analytics function within a fast-growing, data-led organisation. You will lead a team at the heart of major transformation across analytics, AI, automation, and decisioning, giving you the scope to influence strategy while remaining hands-on.

With strong commercial momentum and an evolving technology landscape, they are building out a central Analytics and MI capability to drive smarter, faster decision making. The Role You will lead a centralised Analytics and MI team, operating as a shared service across multiple business units including Finance, Marketing, and senior leadership. Key responsibilities include: * Evolving the function from reporting to actionable insight. * Embedding AI tools into analytics workflows. * Driving automation and improvements to data structures. * Supporting the rollout of a new decision engine platform. * Managing stakeholder relationships and prioritising work across diverse teams. * Balancing leadership with hands-on analytical delivery.

Your Skills and Experience * Strong experience leading Analytics or MI teams within a data-rich environment. * Ability to translate data into clear commercial insight. * Hands-on technical capability in SQL and Python. * Familiarity with modern data tools such as Snowflake and Power BI or similar platforms. * Experience using AI tools or automation in analytics workflows. * Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills. * Background in financial services is helpful but not essential.
