HEAD OF ANALYTICS £110,000-£160,000 + BONUS + BENEFITS LONDON (HYBRID)

This is a fantastic opportunity within a well-backed financial services business undergoing a major transformation across analytics, decisioning, and AI. The company is investing heavily in modern data infrastructure and advanced analytics to drive better customer and commercial outcomes, with strong C-suite backing and clear growth plans.

THE ROLE

As Head of Analytics Shared Services, you will lead a centralised Analytics & MI function operating across the business. This is a highly visible role combining strategy and hands-on delivery, with a strong focus on driving insight, embedding AI, and improving decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and developing a central analytics function, including managers and analysts
• Driving the shift from reporting to actionable, insight-led analytics
• Embedding AI tools into workflows to improve efficiency and impact
• Overseeing development of scalable datasets and automated reporting
• Leading migration and governance of a new decision engine
• Managing stakeholder demands across marketing, finance, and leadership
• Acting as a senior influencer across the organisation

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience leading Analytics or MI teams in complex environments
• Strong track record of delivering actionable commercial insight
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders, including C-suite
• Hands-on technical skills (SQL essential, Python preferred)
• Experience with modern data stacks (e.g. Snowflake, Power BI)
• Strong understanding of AI tools and their commercial application
• Ability to drive change, improve processes, and deliver at pace

BENEFITS
