This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-growth organisation where you can take full ownership of data strategy, transformation, and AI enablement across the business.
THE ROLE: You will take ownership of the end-to-end data strategy, transforming a fragmented and reactive data landscape into a unified, scalable, and AI-enabled function.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining and delivering the company-wide BI and data strategy
- Owning and evolving the data platform, including architecture, pipelines, and tooling
- Establishing a "single source of truth" through improved data quality, governance, and modelling
- Designing and implementing a semantic/AI layer to enable natural language data access
- Driving self-serve analytics
You will bring strong capability in:
- Data strategy, platform ownership, and modern data architecture
- Data modelling, ETL pipelines, and working with data lakes and cloud environments (AWS ideal)
- Stakeholder management and influencing at senior leadership level
- Driving adoption of data and AI tools across technical and non-technical teams
You will receive a salary of £140,000, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
