The Role and Deliverables * Define and execute the data science strategy, aligning with broader business objectives * Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing data science team * Oversee the development and deployment of machine learning models and advanced analytics solutions * Partner with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities where data science can drive commercial impact * Establish best practices for model development, validation, and governance * Deliver measurable outcomes through scalable data science solutions and clear reporting of impact

Your Skills & Experience * Strong experience leading data science teams and driving strategic initiatives * Deep expertise in machine learning, statistical modelling, and advanced analytics techniques * Proficiency in tools such as Python or R, and familiarity with modern data platforms * Experience translating complex data insights into clear business recommendations * Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional collaboration * A track record of delivering end-to-end data science projects in a commercial environment
