We are working with a leading AI company who are looking for a Head of Engineering to manage a team of 30 technical resources across Data Engineering, Data Science/ML and BI.

This is a strategy and management role and will require someone with experience managing large technical teams.

What you will do:

• Lead a diverse engineering organisation spanning Data, ML, Web, DevOps, and QA to power a platform trusted by major global brands.
• Architect, enhance, and scale systems that handle enormous search datasets and sophisticated distributed processing.
• Play a key role in defining how the industry navigates LLM-driven search across platforms like Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and others.
• Advance AI-enhanced development practices within a company already operating at the forefront of GenAI adoption.
• Partner closely with the CTO to shape technology strategy and drive meaningful innovation.
• Enjoy significant ownership and impact within a rapidly scaling SaaS business tackling real technical challenges.
