Head of PPC - Leeds (Hybrid, 2 days in office)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of PPC to lead and shape the paid media strategy for high-profile clients with substantial budgets.
In this hands-on leadership role, you'll be responsible for planning, managing, and optimising PPC campaigns, alongside paid social and display activity, to deliver outstanding results. You'll act as the go-to expert, guiding both clients and internal teams, while ensuring the department stays at the forefront of innovation in a fast-changing industry.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver a forward-thinking PPC roadmapManage complex, high-budget campaigns across Google, Microsoft, and other platformsMentor and train junior and mid-level team membersProduce client-facing reports with actionable insightsContribute to new business pitches and forecasts
Skills & Experience: Extensive PPC experience, ideally in an agency environmentProven track record managing large-scale, high-budget campaigns.Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and SA360Google, Microsoft, and Meta certificationsExperience managing paid social, display, and video campaigns (advantageous)Strong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
