£60-90,000 DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE

This company is an exciting start-up consultancy that are on a huge growth journey. They've made a great start to their growth and are looking for another modeller in the team due to continued success.

THE ROLE

• Lead the end-to-end development of IRB models across a range of clients
• Assist the wider team with broader model projects including application and behavioural scorecards
• Work closely with the model validation team to enhance model performance
• Manage a small team of analysts to drive the team to success and enhance performance of the business

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Essential to have experience developing or validating retail IRB models
• Coding experience in Python and SQL is essential
• Ability to own projects and lead on delivery

SALARY AND BENEFITS

• Up to £90,000 base salary
