Infrastructure Engineer
Want to help power some of the most advanced AI models being built today? I'm hiring for an Infrastructure Engineer to join a cutting-edge startup developing next-generation AI for tabular data-technology with the potential to transform industries like finance, healthcare, and advertising.
You'll work alongside researchers and engineers from the likes of DeepMind and other top AI labs, building cloud infrastructure from the ground up to support high-performance, GPU-intensive workloads at scale.

Design and implement multi-cloud infrastructure (AWS + GCP) optimised for ML workloads

Build and manage Kubernetes clusters for GPU training, serving, and SaaS hosting

Implement GitOps deployment workflows using ArgoCD

Create and manage infrastructure as code with Terraform

Set up CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application deployment

Implement monitoring, observability, and cloud cost optimisation (FinOps)
-
Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune infrastructure for large-scale model training
-
5+ years in cloud infrastructure / DevOps roles
-
Deep Kubernetes expertise, including GPU workload optimisation

Strong AWS and GCP experience
-
Proven skills with Terraform, GitOps tools, and CI/CD (GitHub Actions preferred)

Proficiency in Python and scripting for automation

Solid understanding of cloud networking, security, and cross-cloud connectivity

Experience in monitoring, observability, and cost optimisation

Experience with ML tooling (MLflow, Kubeflow)

Knowledge of FastAPI, Databricks, or Snowflake
-
Exposure to SRE practices or cloud security certifications
-
Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog
