Business Systems Developer Hybrid: West Midlands Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

A leading industrial supplier is seeking a Business Systems Developer to join their Business Transformation team and play a critical role in connecting and integrating core systems across the organisation.

This role is perfect for someone with a solid grounding in C# and SQL who enjoys solving real-world integration problems - automating workflows, ensuring data consistency across platforms, and helping business teams get the most from their technology stack.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Designing and building system integrations to connect platforms such as Epicor P21, Magento, and Salesforce
• Developing APIs and automation scripts to ensure accurate, real-time data flows between business-critical systems
• Working closely with the reporting and finance teams to support internal transformation initiatives
• Supporting marketing with integration across campaign tools (e.g. Klaviyo), CRM, and ERP
• Collaborating across teams to define requirements and deliver secure, scalable solutions
• Becoming the go-to expert in helping systems "talk to each other" and streamlining the business' operations

Ideal Candidate:

• Solid commercial experience integrating software systems using C# and SQL
• Familiarity with ERP platforms (e.g., Epicor, Salesforce, SAP)
• Understanding of ETL, data consistency, and API design
• Comfort working in a small, collaborative team with exposure to senior stakeholders
