The Role
A junior role where you will use SQL, dashboarding tools and product analytics techniques to analyse digital funnels and build reporting that drives decisions across high-traffic web and app journeys.
You will:
- Build product reporting and dashboards used across the business
- Analyse customer funnels including checkout, feature usage and on-site journeys
- Support the development of product analytics foundations and best practices
- Work with digital, product and commercial teams to provide actionable insights
- Use SQL and dashboarding tools to track performance across web and app
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong analytical aptitude and logical problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of digital or website analytics concepts - GA4
- Confident using SQL to query and analyse data
- Experience with a dashboarding tool such as Power BI or Tableau
- Ability to translate data into clear, insightful recommendations
