The Role You will work within the product analytics function, helping to build and standardise reporting across key digital journeys. Your work will guide product decisions and influence how users engage with the website and app. Key responsibilities include: * Analysing funnel performance, including checkout and other core digital journeys. * Building dashboards and reporting used across multiple business levels. * Providing insight into key website and app features to drive optimisation. * Working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and support product decisions with data. * Using SQL and analytics tools to investigate behaviour and surface clear, actionable insight.
Your Skills and Experience * Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability. * Awareness of digital analytics concepts, including how funnels work and how to analyse them. * Solid capability with SQL for querying and exploratory analysis. * Experience using dashboarding tools such as Power BI or Tableau. * Confident using Excel for analysis and reporting. * An interest in product analytics and working on high-visibility digital projects.
What They Offer * Salary up to £38,000. * Hybrid working: 4 days per week in their Central London office, 1 day from home (Mondays and Fridays fixed). * 40-hour working week (excluding breaks). * Exposure to web and app product analytics in a large, growing retail group. * Career development as the analytics function expands.
