- Analyse and optimise the performance of collections, recoveries, or insolvency portfolios
- Deliver reporting, insights, and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis
- Support customer segmentation and portfolio strategy development
- Drive process improvement and automation initiatives
- Collaborate with operational teams to improve portfolio performance
- Mentor and support junior analysts where required
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience within collections, recoveries, insolvency, credit risk, or portfolio analytics
- Advanced SQL skills
- Experience producing actionable insights from large datasets
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Python experience is advantageous but not essential
