  • Analyse and optimise the performance of collections, recoveries, or insolvency portfolios
  • Deliver reporting, insights, and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis
  • Support customer segmentation and portfolio strategy development
  • Drive process improvement and automation initiatives
  • Collaborate with operational teams to improve portfolio performance
  • Mentor and support junior analysts where required

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong commercial experience within collections, recoveries, insolvency, credit risk, or portfolio analytics
  • Advanced SQL skills
  • Experience producing actionable insights from large datasets
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Python experience is advantageous but not essential
