Lead Analyst
LEAD ANALYST - SUPPLY & OPERATIONS £60,000-90,000 + BONUS + BENEFITS LONDON - HYBRID (2 DAYS IN OFFICE)

THE ROLE As a Lead Analyst, you'll take a hands-on and strategic role in shaping analytics across the Supply and Operations side of the business. Reporting into the Director of Analytics, you'll manage a small team and drive key initiatives that directly impact commercial performance and operational efficiency.
In this role, you will:
- Own analytics across key business areas - leading reporting, metric development, and in-depth performance analysis
- Translate complex data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Build, validate and automate datasets for scalable reporting and insight generation
- Lead strategic analysis into inventory coverage, cost savings, and operational improvements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Tech and business teams
- Champion analytical best practices and develop the capability of the wider analytics community
- Line manage and mentor at least one analyst, with broader influence across the team
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE The ideal Lead Analyst will have:
- 8+ years in analytics with a strong background in supply chain, operations or e-commerce/marketplace settings
- Excellent SQL skills and experience working in cloud environments (GCP preferred)
- Proficiency in a BI tool such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker
- Experience with Python or R (Vertex AI exposure a plus)
- A strong analytical toolkit including root cause analysis, segmentation, cohort analysis, funnel optimisation, LTV forecasting, and experiment design (A/B, multivariate, incrementality)
- Solid stakeholder management and a track record of turning data into business impact
- Previous experience leading others or mentoring within a data team
- Ability to work in ambiguity and shift focus with evolving priorities
BENEFITS In return, you'll receive a salary between £70,000 and £90,000 depending on experience, plus a bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. You'll work in a business that puts sustainability and innovation first, in a hybrid model with 2 days per week in a central London office.
