LEAD ANALYTICS CONSULTANT - LONDON

UP TO £100,000 + BONUS

THE COMPANY

We are working with a high-growth, boutique consultancy on a pivotal Lead-level hire. This role combines strategic leadership, client engagement and hands on delivery.

THE ROLE

The successful Lead Analytics Consultant responsibilities will include:

• Lead end-to-end data and AI strategy projects, from scoping through delivery and adoption.
• Run workshops with senior business stakeholders to define priorities, metrics, and success criteria.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical and analytical solutions.
• Identify areas where current initiatives are not delivering value and redirect focus to higher-impact opportunities.
• Oversee delivery teams, ensuring high standards and alignment with client goals.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering technical depth and consulting skills.
• Contribute to account growth through exceptional delivery and trusted client relationships.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful Lead Analytics Consultant will have the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience leading data strategy and analytics engagements, ideally with exposure to AI/ML applications.
• Strong commercial and consulting acumen - able to engage credibly with both technical teams and business leadership.
• Broad technical knowledge across data platforms, pipelines, governance, and analytics, with the ability to "see the whole picture."
• Hands-on capability combined with strategic leadership; able to switch between delivery and advisory roles as required.
• Energetic, motivated, and collaborative, with a drive for innovation and continuous improvement.

THE BENEFITS

The successful Lead Analytics Consultant will receive a salary of up to £100,000, plus an array of additional benefits.
