Why this role?

  • Work directly with household-name clients, delivering solutions that create real business value.

  • Blend hands-on technical delivery with trusted advisory and team leadership.

  • Be part of a small, high-quality consultancy where your impact is visible.

  • Shape the future of analytics delivery, influencing methods, tools, and team standards.

  • Hybrid flexibility - mix of office, remote, and client-site collaboration.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading complex analytics and BI engagements end-to-end, from scoping to delivery.

  • Designing cloud-native data architectures and building robust analytics solutions.

  • Developing with modern platforms (Snowflake, Azure, AWS, or GCP), SQL, and BI tools.

  • Applying and exploring AI/ML techniques (LLMs, predictive modelling, automation).

  • Engaging with senior stakeholders, running workshops, and shaping technical roadmaps.

  • Mentoring colleagues, coaching best practices, and raising delivery standards.

  • Contributing to propositions, pre-sales, and service design.

What we're looking for:

  • 7+ years' experience in analytics with a strong track record of delivery and client impact.

  • Technical expertise in cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Azure/AWS/GCP), SQL, and data modelling.

  • Strong BI experience - e.g. Power BI or Tableau (expert-level in at least one).

  • Consulting skills: confident engaging with senior business stakeholders.

  • Experience leading or building teams, with a focus on coaching and standards.

  • Commercial awareness - spotting opportunities and helping shape client solutions.

Bonus points for:

  • Hands-on experience designing AI/ML-driven analytics solutions.

  • Familiarity with data governance, security, or compliance (e.g. GDPR).

  • Sector variety - or deep expertise in a particular vertical.

Package & Perks:

  • Competitive base salary (up to £100,000, DOE).

  • Pension, 25 days holiday + bank holidays.

  • Hybrid working - a balance of office, home, and client site.

  • Ongoing training, career framework, and investment in your development.

  • Inclusive culture built around values: Integrity, Authenticity, Problem-Solving, Inclusivity, Approachability, and Client-Centred.
