This is a rare opportunity to join a growing analytics consulting capability at a pivotal stage. You will play a central role in shaping an end to end advisory offering, moving beyond ad hoc analytics support to a structured, client-led consulting practice with real strategic impact.

THE ROLE
- Lead high-impact, analytics-driven consulting engagements for financial services clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, framing problems and translating insights into clear recommendations.
- Own delivery end to end, from scoping and solution design through to execution and value realisation.
- Build and grow a client-facing consulting team, including mentoring and developing junior consultants.
- Contribute to business development through proposals, pitches and account growth.
- Help define consulting methodologies, offerings and ways of working as the practice scales.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Strong commercial consulting experience within banking, payments or fintech environments.
- Proven ability to engage credibly with senior risk, analytics or data leaders in financial services.
- Experience leading complex client engagements and managing multiple stakeholders.
- A solid understanding of analytics and data-led problem solving, with hands-on capability an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to sell, shape and deliver consulting solutions.
- An interest in building and scaling a consulting practice, not just delivering individual projects.
