What you'll be doing:

Designing and building scalable data pipelines to support analytics, reporting, and machine learning.

Leading the implementation of Azure data solutions and ensuring robust ETL/ELT processes.

Defining architecture strategies that allow for scalable, flexible development.

Embedding best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, and engineering standards.

Mentoring and growing a high-performing team of data engineers.

Driving the integration of MS Fabric and low-code platforms (e.g. TimeXtender) for self-service BI.

Staying on top of industry trends and introducing new technologies to advance the data platform.
What we're looking for:

Strong track record in data engineering leadership roles.

Deep expertise in the Microsoft Azure data stack (data lakes, warehousing, modelling, etc.).

Solid background in data architecture, data governance, and data management.

Experience in modern data engineering practices (pipelines, orchestration, devops).

Excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.

Bonus: experience with Databricks or TimeXtender.
