THE ROLE

As a Lead Data Scientist, you will be actively leading the development of projects and models in the central data science team, as well as liaising with stakeholders to enhance functions.

Specifically, you can expect to be involved in the following:

• Code reviews
• Development of sequencing models & recommendation engines
• Communicating with stakeholders and optimising campaigns

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful Lead Data Scientist will have the following skills and experience:

• Strong proficiency in python, SQL
• Machine Learning experience
• Search, Recommendation, Personalisation, XGBoost, Two Tower or Neural Network experience
• Managerial experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
