Lead Data Scientist - Leicester x2 days a week

We are working with a leading ecommerce company who are looking to add a Lead Data Scientist to their team. This role will involve the line management of 2 junior data scientists and will be interacting with stakeholders often.

The role will sit within a Marketing Science department and you will work on customer and marketing data including customer churn, segmentation, campaign analysis and marketing effectiveness across ads.

Required:

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Strong Python & SQL skills
• 4+ years in a Data Science position
