The Role* Identify opportunities to apply AI, analytics, and digital tooling.* Lead technical workstreams from design through to implementation.* Work closely with client teams on site across the UK.* Translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.* Support the development of colleagues and digital practices.

Your Skills and Experience* Strong commercial experience delivering digital or AI solutions end to end.* Expertise in at least one of AI, data science, analytics, or digital engineering.* Confident leading multi-disciplinary teams.* Clear communication and stakeholder engagement skills.* Flexible to travel to client sites across the UK.
