Lead Marketing Analyst
What you'll do Join a data-driven games studio as the Lead Marketing Analyst, driving marketing insight across global campaigns. You'll lead a small, high-performing team delivering analysis that guides spend, targeting, and impact across multiple platforms.
-  Lead and mentor a senior analyst, embedding best practice in marketing analytics. 
-  Deliver cross-channel campaign analysis using tools such as Google Analytics, attribution platforms, and customer data platforms. 
-  Integrate data from attribution, incrementality, and media mix models to improve decision-making. 
-  Partner with Data Science to enhance LTV, churn, and forecasting models. 
-  Develop transparent, actionable reporting to inform strategic marketing and executive decisions. 
-  Collaborate across Analytics, Marketing, and Game Studio teams to foster a data-driven culture. 
What you bring
-  Strong background in marketing analytics or data science, ideally within digital or gaming environments. 
-  Expertise in statistical analysis, attribution, and campaign measurement. 
-  Proven leadership or mentoring experience. 
-  Confident communicator with senior stakeholders, balancing commercial insight and technical depth. 
-  Hands-on experience with marketing data platforms, SQL, Python/R, and visualisation tools.
