Lead Marketing Analyst
What you'll do Join a data-driven games studio as the Lead Marketing Analyst, driving marketing insight across global campaigns. You'll lead a small, high-performing team delivering analysis that guides spend, targeting, and impact across multiple platforms.

Lead and mentor a senior analyst, embedding best practice in marketing analytics.

Deliver cross-channel campaign analysis using tools such as Google Analytics, attribution platforms, and customer data platforms.

Integrate data from attribution, incrementality, and media mix models to improve decision-making.

Partner with Data Science to enhance LTV, churn, and forecasting models.
 -  
Develop transparent, actionable reporting to inform strategic marketing and executive decisions.

Collaborate across Analytics, Marketing, and Game Studio teams to foster a data-driven culture.
 
What you bring

Strong background in marketing analytics or data science, ideally within digital or gaming environments.

Expertise in statistical analysis, attribution, and campaign measurement.

Proven leadership or mentoring experience.
 -  
Confident communicator with senior stakeholders, balancing commercial insight and technical depth.
 -  
Hands-on experience with marketing data platforms, SQL, Python/R, and visualisation tools.
