The Role

  • Lead the delivery of marketing mix modelling and broader marketing effectiveness projects from end to end
  • Work with advanced modelling techniques to evaluate channel performance and optimise budget allocation
  • Translate complex analytical outputs into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders
  • Partner with commercial and marketing teams to inform strategy and decision-making
  • Drive the use of advanced analytics and AI tools to improve modelling efficiency and insight generation
  • Contribute to the development of the organisation's marketing effectiveness capability and best practices
  • Support stakeholder engagement at a senior level, presenting insights and recommendations

Your Skills and Experience

  • Strong commercial experience in marketing analytics, marketing mix modelling, or econometrics
  • Proficiency in Python and experience working with large-scale datasets
  • Understanding of modern attribution techniques and statistical modelling approaches
  • Experience using tools such as Meridian, Robyn, PyMC, or similar
  • Ability to communicate complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as GCP is beneficial
  • A collaborative approach with the ability to influence stakeholders across teams
