This is a senior individual contributor role where analytics directly influences product direction and commercial outcomes. You will play a key role in shaping personalisation within a highly data-led environment, working on complex customer journeys with clear ownership and visibility across the business.

The Role
  • Drive personalisation across app and digital journeys to ensure customers see the most relevant products and experiences.
  • Partner closely with product teams to define and deliver a long-term personalisation strategy.
  • Use data to determine which products or messages to surface at different stages of the customer lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with data science teams on recommendation systems and propensity models.
  • Conduct funnel analysis to identify drop-offs and improve conversion and engagement.
  • Lead and contribute to A/B testing and experimentation to measure uplift from product changes.
  • Analyse and report on performance metrics including conversion rates, engagement, and customer behaviour.
  • Work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and developers in a pod-style setup.
Your Skills & Experience
  • Strong commercial analytics experience within a consumer or product-led environment.
  • Advanced capability in SQL and Python, with Python central to analytical work.
  • Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, and measuring product or feature impact.
  • Exposure to propensity modelling, recommendation systems, or predictive analytics.
  • Confident translating complex analysis into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with high expectations.
