I am recruiting for a Lead Product Analyst to join a fast-growing fintech business, working on a multi-product consumer app used by over a million customers.
This is a high-impact role where you'll play a key part in shaping product strategy through data, working closely with product, growth, and engineering teams to improve user experience and drive performance.
The Role- Lead product analytics across a large-scale consumer app
- Analyse user behaviour, engagement, and lifecycle trends
- Own the end-to-end experimentation process (A/B testing)
- Build dashboards, metrics, and reporting frameworks
- Identify growth opportunities and product improvements
- Partner with product and engineering teams to influence decision-making
- Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insights
- 5+ years' experience in data or product analytics
- Strong experience with experimentation (A/B testing, hypothesis testing)
- Ability to turn complex data into clear business recommendations
- Experience working in product-led or high-growth environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Exposure to fintech or consumer apps (nice to have)
