Looker Developer

Location: London (2 days per week on-site)Contract Length: 3 months IR35 Status: Inside IR35 Rate: £500-£600 per day Start Date: ASAP

The role focuses on analysing data related to fraud and customer compensation, particularly identifying trends where customers incorrectly report missing food orders.You'll collaborate closely with key business teams to deliver insights and automate reporting.

• Partner with teams across Fraud, Compensation, Customer Operations, and Partner Management to gather requirements and deliver effective analytical solutions.
• Design and develop Looker dashboards to provide actionable insights and improve fraud detection accuracy.
• Create automated, self-service dashboards - enabling stakeholders to query data and generate insights dynamically, similar to a "ChatGPT-like" experience.
• Provide clear data feedback and recommendations to stakeholders to support decision-making.

• Strong experience with Looker, LookML, and SQL.
• Familiarity with data visualisation and automation best practices.
• Tableau experience is a plus but not essential.
• Working with Fraud data is a plus
