Roles & Responsibilities MarTech, Data & DAM Integration- Ensure seamless integration of platforms with Leona, including CDPs, DAMs, and media platforms to enable connected performance.
- Collaborate with local markets to assess available data and segments that can be passed from CDPs (e.g., Tealium) into Leona.
- Support privacy reviews and assessments related to MarTech solutions, including tools such as Lotame used within the Connected ID ecosystem.
- Define, coordinate, and implement user permissions and folder structures in partnership with technical product owners and Publicis.
- Ensure Leona governance requirements are met without disrupting parallel workstreams (e.g., OneApp).
- Develop and implement taxonomies and metadata frameworks aligned to organisational and Leona standards.
- Update and enrich existing assets with appropriate metadata where needed.
- Act as a liaison across global and local teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and smooth operational delivery.
- Provide strategic insight while also supporting hands-on execution across MarTech, data, and asset management functions.
- Experience working with Leona (Publicis' proprietary tool) is highly preferred.
- Strong expertise in CDPs-ideally Tealium-and DAM platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager.
- Solid understanding of integrations across MarTech ecosystems, including data flows, segmentation, and asset governance.
- Strong understanding of data privacy considerations within marketing technology environments.
- Experience supporting privacy reviews and compliance checks across data-driven platforms and ID solutions.
- Ability to operate across both strategy and execution, with comfort switching between high-level thinking and hands-on delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience coordinating across global and local markets.
- Excellent organisational skills with a detail-oriented approach to taxonomy design, metadata governance, and permission structures.
