MARKETING DIRECTOR Up to £90,000 + 15% Bonus LONDON - HYBRID 4X A WEEK (3 DAYS OFFICE, 1 ONSITE)

THE COMPANY

THE ROLE

A strategic and hands-on marketing lead is sought to drive student enrolment and retention across a portfolio of schools. You'll be responsible for developing and delivering full-funnel campaigns, managing the regional marketing budget, and building strong relationships with school principals. This is a broad, impact-led role where you'll be central to growth across multiple brands within the group.

• Lead multi-channel marketing strategy to drive student acquisition and retention
• Execute campaigns across digital (social, email, CRM) and offline (events, PR, print) channels
• Own campaign development, rollout, and continuous optimisation
• Partner directly with school leadership to tailor localised initiatives
• Manage a small team (1 direct report) and work closely with a trusted freelancer during the transition period

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

• Strong brand and marketing background within a multi-brand or complex stakeholder environment
• Full marketing mix exposure - digital, CRM and offline channels
• Commercial and data-driven - confident interpreting performance metrics and communicating insights
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on setting with strategic oversight and execution responsibility
