The Role

  • Develop and deliver advanced analytical models to support marketing and commercial decision-making
  • Analyse complex datasets and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Work closely with clients and stakeholders to gather data, explain results, and support implementation of insights
  • Contribute to the successful delivery of consulting projects from initial analysis through to presentation
  • Identify opportunities to add value for clients and support wider business growth initiatives
  • Mentor and support junior team members, helping to develop analytical capability across the team
  • Present analytical findings in a clear and engaging way to both technical and non-technical audiences

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong commercial experience in analytics, marketing analytics, econometrics, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience building Marketing Mix Models (MMM)
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to solve complex business problems
  • Strong communication skills and confidence presenting insights to stakeholders
  • Experience working with Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical tools
  • Knowledge of Python, R, SQL, or similar programming languages is highly desirable
  • Ability to manage priorities effectively in a client-facing environment
  • Understanding of marketing performance, pricing, promotions, or broader commercial analytics
