Marketing Effectiveness Specialist Richmond (Hybrid, 2 days per week onsite)
Day rate circa 340 per day plus fee (contract) or 90,000 pro rata (FTC).
This is an exciting opportunity to drive a global MarTech transformation at scale. You will be central to implementing customer journeys across a complex multinational organisation, working at the heart of a modernised marketing function that values innovation, wellbeing, and performance.

The Role You will play a hands-on role in implementing the customer journey and ensuring new MarTech capabilities embed successfully across global teams. Key responsibilities include: * Implementing customer journeys within marketing platforms including Eloqua and Sprinklr. * Working closely with global marketing leads to ensure adoption and understanding in each market. * Collaborating with data and technology teams across CDP, CRM, and broader data infrastructure. * Supporting the rollout of a newly designed customer data platform and contributing to omnichannel execution. * Translating agreed strategy into practical delivery, ensuring alignment to business goals. * Driving clarity, uptake, and stakeholder confidence throughout the change process.
Your Skills and Experience * Strong commercial experience in Marketing Operations, MarTech, or a similarly hands-on marketing role. * Confident stakeholder management skills across global and senior-level teams. * Practical experience implementing customer journeys across omnichannel platforms. * Comfortable working with technologies such as Eloqua, Sprinklr, Salesforce Data Cloud, Databricks, or similar. * Ability to operate in fast-paced, change-heavy environments and drive adoption of new processes.
