The Company They are a major retail organisation operating a large multi-category marketplace and an advanced digital marketing ecosystem. With significant investment in their Martech stack, they are scaling new capabilities across product, data, and marketing teams. Their environment combines enterprise-level engineering with fast-moving commercial objectives, giving you the chance to influence how data feeds and pipelines support customer targeting and campaign performance.

The Role You will join the Marketing Technology team, supporting the rollout and optimisation of product and stock feed integrations across core marketing platforms. You will work closely with marketing, engineering, and product teams to ensure data is accurate, compliant, and ready to power a range of inbound and outbound channels. Responsibilities include: * Managing and enhancing product and stock data feeds across multiple platforms. * Supporting the integration and maintenance of real-time data pipelines using modern cloud technologies. * Ensuring the correct product attributes and data points surface in marketing activity and reporting. * Monitoring and validating feed accuracy to support campaign optimisation and customer targeting. * Collaborating with marketing teams to ensure feeds align with channel requirements. * Contributing to testing, optimisation, and improvements across the Martech stack. * Understanding data architecture and how information flows between systems to support marketplace performance.

Your Skills and Experience * Strong commercial experience working with product and stock feeds in a digital or marketplace environment. * Good understanding of ETL processes and how data is transformed, validated, and shared across systems. * Experience with data pipelines and cloud technologies, ideally Google Cloud Platform. * Knowledge of real-time data architectures such as Kafka. * Familiarity with Martech platforms such as TikTok, Google, Facebook, and Snowflake. * Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Comfortable working in a hands-on, problem-solving role within a data-driven marketing environment. * An understanding of API integrations and data flow management is beneficial.
