THE ROLE

As a Martech Engineer, you will build AI-powered tools, cloud-based data solutions, and automation products using GCP, TypeScript, Node.js, and modern AI frameworks.

Specifically, you can expect to be involved in the following:

• Design, develop, and maintain marketing technology products, automation solutions, and AI-powered tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business challenges and build scalable technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain API integrations, data pipelines, and cloud-based applications.
• Support the ongoing enhancement of proprietary products and internal platforms.
• Build secure, reliable, and reusable solutions using modern engineering practices.
• Contribute to technical architecture, innovation initiatives, and product strategy.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across existing applications and tools.
• Work closely with technical and non-technical teams to deliver impactful projects.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful Martech Engineer will have the following skills and experience:

• Strong commercial experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or similar cloud technologies.
• Experience developing applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Knowledge of serverless architectures and modern software engineering practices.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI capabilities into products and workflows.
• Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, or similar technologies.
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to a range of stakeholders.
• Interest or exposure to digital marketing channels such as SEO, paid media, content, or analytics.

Desirable experience:

• ETL/ELT tools and data integration processes.
• BigQuery or other cloud data warehouse technologies.
• Data visualisation and dashboard development.
• Marketing technology, analytics, or data-focused environments.

BENEFITS

• Salary between £45,000 - £55,000 - depending on experience
