Marketing Technology Specialist - FTC/Contract London - 2 days in the office£90,000 pro rata (FTC)

THE ROLE You'll be joining a high-performing marketing function during an exciting stage of change, helping to prepare the business for the rollout of its first Customer Data Platform (CDP). Reporting into the most senior global marketing leader, you'll play a hands-on role in implementing customer journeys and ensuring data, processes, and platforms are harmonised across 22 markets.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading customer journey mapping exercises across multiple business units

• Embedding journey stages into workflows, marketing automation, and reporting frameworks

• Supporting the integration of Salesforce Data Cloud, Eloqua, Sprinklr, Databricks & S3

• Acting as a bridge between marketing, technology, and business teams

• Driving adoption and stakeholder engagement across global markets

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Strong background in Marketing Operations, Effectiveness, or CRM/CDP platforms

• Hands-on experience with customer journey mapping and marketing automation

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across global teams

• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
