This is a rare opportunity to join a small, highly capable platform team at a pivotal point in a long-term technology transformation. You will play a key role in reshaping core infrastructure, driving automation and scalability, and influencing how the platform evolves over the next phase of growth.

THE ROLE

  • Design, build, and evolve Kubernetes-based platform infrastructure as part of a broader architectural refresh.
  • Drive improvements in automation, scalability, and reliability across the platform.
  • Contribute to decisions around cloud architecture and core frameworks.
  • Collaborate closely with platform, data, and engineering teams to enable faster and safer delivery.
  • Document designs clearly and communicate ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong hands-on experience building and operating Kubernetes environments.
  • Experience working with a major cloud platform such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Confidence designing scalable, automated infrastructure rather than maintaining legacy setups.
  • Exposure to infrastructure as code, Terraform experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • Comfortable sharing ideas, challenging existing approaches, and collaborating in a small team environment.
