THE COMPANY:

Join a fast-paced company as a Power BI Analyst.

THE ROLE:

As a Power BI Analyst you will play a key role in developing dashboards and reports to monitor service centre activity, uncover insights, and present findings to senior stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Collaborating with engineering/data teams to access and structure operational data
• Analysing service centre performance metrics and providing actionable insights
• Presenting findings to leadership and board-level stakeholders
• Understanding and integrating data from contact management system

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The successful Power BI Analyst will have:

• Strong experience in Power BI and building dashboards
• Proven experience working with service centre performance data, including operational metrics and KPIs
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for leadership and board presentations
• Exposure to contact management systems (Genesys)
