ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Power BI Developer will:

* Build high quality Power BI dashboards and reports for client projects and internal initiatives. * Develop structured data models, including star schemas, to ensure scalable and efficient reporting. * Use DAX, calculated measures and Power Query to transform and optimise data. * Support improvements to BI standards, design systems and documentation. * Present work confidently to internal clients and collaborate with stakeholders across the group. * Contribute to analysis and insight generation for major client accounts.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

* Strong commercial experience in Power BI, with the ability to showcase previous dashboards or portfolio work. * Skilled in data modelling, DAX and Power Query. * Confident presenting insights and communicating with stakeholders. * Experience with SQL is beneficial but not essential. * Knowledge of DAX Studio or Tabular Editor is an advantage. * Experience with Tableau or Qlik is a plus.
