Power BI Engineer (SQL, Power BI, DAX)

London (Hybrid) | Permanent

We're partnering with a growing organisation looking to hire a Power BI Engineer into their Data & Analytics team.

You'll play a key role in building dashboards and delivering insights that support decision-making across commercial and operational teams.

The Role

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
• Translate business requirements into clear visual insights
• Build and manage semantic models (DAX, KPIs, relationships)
• Work with data teams to source and transform data (SQL, APIs, etc.)
• Ensure performance, governance, and data quality
• Engage stakeholders and present insights clearly

Experience Required

• 3-5+ years Power BI experience
• Strong DAX and SQL skills
• Experience with data modelling and Power Query
• Confident working with stakeholders
• Able to manage priorities independently

Nice to have:

• Retail or similar industry experience
• Exposure to Microsoft Fabric / Azure ecosystem
