The Role You will lead analytics across supply and operations, including:* Analysing stock levels, submissions, retention, and fulfilment performance.* Assessing supply chain efficiency across multiple channels.* Optimising warehouse operations, storage, and space utilisation.* Running cost analysis, particularly around shipping and postage.* Designing and analysing A/B tests to improve operational decision making.* Understanding supplier behaviour and identifying optimisation opportunities.* Working hands-on with SQL, Python, and BI tools for modelling, reporting, and experimentation.* Mentoring at least one analyst and supporting change and transformation projects.* Playing an active role in shaping future strategy, with the option to grow deeper into supply and ops analytics or pivot towards demand analytics.

Your Skills and Experience* Strong commercial experience in supply chain, operations, or inventory analytics.* Comfortable designing and analysing A/B tests and operational experiments.* Proficient with SQL, Python, and visualisation tools such as Tableau.* Skilled at communicating insights to senior stakeholders in a clear and accessible way.* Hands-on approach with the ability to work independently and solve complex operational problems.* Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with ongoing change.* Customer-focused mindset with a practical, proactive approach.
