The Role As a Pricing Analyst, you will: * Lead end-to-end analytics projects from data validation through to insight delivery. * Build and maintain reporting that supports data-driven commercial decision-making. * Analyse complex datasets to size opportunities, test hypotheses, and understand performance drivers. * Run pricing simulations and evaluate the commercial impact of proposed changes. * Design, execute, and assess trials using robust analytical techniques. * Translate technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders. * Collaborate with Product, Tech, Operations, and Commercial teams to develop pricing capabilities. * Automate recurring processes to unlock time for deeper problem-solving.
Your Skills and Experience * Strong commercial experience in analytics within a data-rich environment such as eCommerce or marketplace. * Strong SQL skills and confidence working with large datasets. * Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. * Exposure to Python or R for analytical workflows. * Ability to design experiments and work with methods such as A/B testing or multivariate testing. * Skilled at breaking down complex questions, applying pragmatic approaches, and telling a clear story through data. * Comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences. * Able to work effectively in a fast-changing environment.
